Once your Lot package is delivered to your Pro Seller, the Lot will be in the 'Delivered' status.
Once your Pro Seller accepts the delivery, it will update to 'Listing in Progress'. This means your Pro Seller is inspecting, photographing, and preparing your listings. This phase can take about 7~14 days.
Once listed, your Lot will update as 'Ongoing'. This means your items are for sale and visible to potential buyers. You may even see some of your items available online!
The consignment period will last for 90 days. If you have any questions about how your Lot is doing, feel free to ask your Pro Seller in the chatroom!
Once an item is sold, your Pro Seller will mark the item as 'Sold'. You can expect payment for any sold items within 35 days. Your earnings are protected and you will be credited by Flyp in the event that your Pro Seller is unable to send you your earnings within 35 days of being marked as sold. If you need help, definitely reach out to our Support Team.
When your Pro Seller sends you your earnings, the item will be updated as 'Paid'! You should be able to check your account's cash-out balance and withdraw your funds at any time to your bank account.
Once the selling period is over, you and your Pro Seller can opt to have your items returned, extend the selling period an additional 45 days, or donate the remaining items. Your Pro Seller is also allowed to send an offer to purchase your items directly from you at any time in what is called a 'Buyout'.
